- Shipping and handling fees depend upon the weight of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose. Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancle any of your orders if you do not have a U.S. street address (i.e. PO Box or International address), please contact us for assistance. Orders sent to PO Boxes can only be sent via ground delivery. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Please allow up to 14 calendar days for delivery. Based on the level of service you have requested, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. We will guarantee delivery or we will reimburse you the additional shipping costs.
